Affiliation is FREE OF CHARGE for qualification cards.
What you need to do . . .

Wording for the front of your schedule is as follows:
“This show is affiliated to Devon & Cornwall Horse & Pony Association and is a qualifier for the DCHPA Championship Show 2010”
Wording to be included inside your schedule is as follows:
“First and second placed horses/ponies in the following classes . . . will qualify for the DCHPA Championships in 2010. Each qualified horse/pony will receive a qualification card in the ring which will enable the owner to enter that horse/pony for the DCHPA Championship show, provided the owner and rider/handler are, or become a member of the Devon & Cornwall Horse & Pony Association within 14 days of the qualifying show. Send in your draft schedule as soon as it is available. This is so we can check your wording, decide which of your classes would be eligible, and work out how many qualification cards you will need. Your qualification cards will be sent to you on approval of your draft schedule. The cards may be signed by either Judge, steward or show secretary – you may sign the cards in advance to save your Judge’s time in the ring if you wish.
You should send us a final schedule for our records, but you do not need to send us your results.
